“The look was a nod to the 60s good girl” said makeup artist Noel Nichols.
1. The makeup artist applied a primer, mattifier on the t-zone, matte foundation and transparent loose powder to set it, and a berry-pink shade on the apples of her cheeks.
2. She swept a matte, cream-colored shade all over the eye—from lash to brow—then used a slate gray shade in the crease. Using a tiny, tapered eyeliner brush Nichols lined the eyes with black eyeliner gel and with an upward motion at the end of the eye she created a classic cat eye. Then, with a flat brush and black eyeshadow she smudged under the eye, connecting the outer corners with the liner on the top lid.
3. Top and bottom lashes were coated with mascara.
4. She lined the lips with a nude lip pencil and finished with a sheer pink lipstick.
