So much going on in Los Angeles this Holiday season that I had to shorten my highlights for the month to just 2 serious events that made a lasting impression on what makeup trends are hot right now. Here they are and feel free to let glow know what hot attractions are going on in your city.

For this mission, I had to bring none other than glow Gossip Girl herself Lauren Salerno. Who else could help me keep tabs on all the gorgeous looks? She’s the best paparazzo to have in a pinch. Hello Kitty being the glamorous icon she is threw a masquerade that was beyond surreal. So many makeup looks but below was our FAVORITE. Not only does she have great accessories but also she made her mask out of makeup, coordinating her eyeshadow to her amazing turquoise hair.

I just love the holidays. At Almost Acoustic Christmas everyone was in a great mood. The party was started and lead singer from Metric, Emily Haines, stole the show with her head to toe look of Rocker Chic. Mimic her hairstyle with Jonathan Product’s Dirt. It’s perfect for piecing, molding and separating.
