Boob Tube: Truth vs Tabloid?

boob-tubeAfter reading all the latest press on Mama Mio’s Boob Tube  it got me thinking, is this the celebrity skin cream dreams are made of?  Is it really “the miracle cream for tired breasts?” I had to know more, my mission: to separate the truth from the tabloids.

The Tabloids:

Daily Express:
- “Called Boob Tube – the miracle cream for tired breasts – it was originally designed for mothers-to-be before being hijacked by stars in the know and ladies-who-lunch.”

- Hot Hollywood mom, Jessica Alba used the cream to get her bod back into shape after giving birth last year.

- “It’s really popular with women heading off on sunshine holidays to perk up their chest area ready for the bikini season, baby or no baby,” says Mama Mio Founder, Sian Sutherland.

- The star ingredient is CoQ10.

USA Today: (July 30th 2009)
- Non-moms Sienna Miller and Kirsten Dunst are fans of the bust-boosting cream.

- “The magic ingredients include a rich blend of Omega oils and Shea Butter to moisturise, along with anti-oxidant CoQ10 which is said to increases cell-regeneration and helps boost collagen.”

- “’What started off over a decade ago as a product for new mums has now gone global. I guess when something works so quickly, word spreads fast,” Sian Sutherland said.celebrity-skin

The Truth:
- CoQ10 helps prevent the breakdown of collagen. Collagen is essential for skin’s strength and elasticity, so when it breaks down it leads to wrinkles and sagging.

- Evening Primrose Oil helps hydrate skin, reduces the signs of aging and improves elasticity by creating firmer skin.

- Sweet Almond Oil is super nourishing, moisturizing and rich in omega-3.  It is easily absorbed into the skin and is high in omega-3.

- Boob Tube needs to be implemented into your everyday skin care routine to keep your breasts perky and skin youthful!

Try Boob Tube and let me know what you think!
